FORTNITE SPLIT-SCREE Disabled: How to fix the split
The shared screen has been an important Fortnite feature since its launch at the end of 2019, but now some players from Chapter 3 have problems finding the mode when you try to test the new card. FORTNITE CHAPTER 3 Season 1 is currently underway and brings the above new card along with a brand new Battle Pass with Spider-Man and other new characters into play. However, Epic Games has deactivated the shared screen for the time being. The function is added to the game again, but it is unclear when exactly the fans can count on it. Here is everything we know about split-screen that returns to Fortnite Chapter 3.
When does the split screen return to Fortnite Chapter 3?
According to Fortnite Leaker iFiremonkey, Epic Games has deactivated the split screen for the start of chapter 3 Season 1. However, the company plans to re-introduce the function as soon as possible. There is no concrete schedule for re-activating the shared screen, but Epic tends to work pretty quickly when it comes to fixing mistakes and problems like this.
However, Chapter 3, Season 1 has experienced a tremendous influx of players, technically the largest that the game has ever seen, so that the split screen may be lower on the priority list of EPIC stands as urgent problems. Server queues, connection breaks and other technical problems are more common than ordinary, so it may take a while for the split screen to return.
Luckily, it is not a permanent distance, so fans can enjoy the new chapter after a short waiting time with a friend at your side. Chapter 3 Season 1 offers a lot of new content, including Spider-Man, several new Lois, a new sliding mechanism and an arsenal brand-new weapons.
